Got NO Energy?

In 2008, the U.S. energy drink industry raked in a cool $4.8 billion in sales.

But have you ever wondered why so many of us are soooo tired?

Ever find yourself coming up short on energy?

Yesterday, we learned how fluoride can inactivate serotonin, which can cause its victim to experience depression needlessly.

The neurotransmitter serotonin normally converts into melatonin (a hormone), as the sun goes down and it gets dark outside.

Melatonin is what is responsible for making you drowsy at nighttime and helps you to get a good night’s sleep.

Then, when the sun comes up in the morning and it gets light outside, melatonin is cleared primarily through the liver, which leaves you feeling awake and ready for the day.

Melatonin that comes from  fluoridated serotonin, however, also carries fluoride, (which is often referred to as fluoridated melatonin).

Unlike normal melatonin that goes away upon waking, leaving you refreshed and ready to start your day, the fluoridated melatonin stays in the brain as an ongoing signal for drowsiness and is a very significant factor in the origin and cause of chronic fatigue.
